Scientific Experiment
I am sharing this from another group....WOW!!! "Hello everyone! I wanted to share something real quick. About a month ago, my science teacher asked us to bring a disinfectant of choice to class. Today, she told us to swab a spot from our pumpkin and look at the bacteria under the microscope. My pumpkin had NO BACTERIA at all growing at all. Thieves cleaner was a success. Fall & Spring Detoxing with Essential Oils
Here is a great detox recipe to drink in the Fall / Winter Season.... Many of us have weight management goals, and I have something to help with those goals. With the holidays right around the corner this might be very helpful in the aftermath. Now, I am a big advocate of a healthy diet and exercise, but the closer someone gets to their goal it seems the harder it is to reach. Enter the "Ultimate Detox Drink!" Niccole posted .... " I did some research on unsweetened (important detail) cranberry juice, and citrus essential oils for my weight management goals and I am so very glad I did. I drink this concoction first thing in the morning, mid-day, and then again in the evening. It is incredibly refreshing, helps me drink plenty of water, and has many health benefits. 10 days ago I started this combo, and let me just say that I'm feeling better and better about heading to the beach in 10 days!"
