Ladies!  Are you taking care of your skin?  Young Living  has one of the best skincare lines I have ever used. Not only does it give crazy awesome results but it DOES NOT POISON you in the process (check the chemicals in the brands you are using)! You can go to the  EWG  website  to get the list of toxins found in our everyday skin care products. Here's a way to continue being healthy and glowing inside and out! 

DIY Facial Skincare Recipes

** To determine the correct carrier oil for your skin type you can check out this guideline ** DIY Hydrating Face Oil Ingredients: 3 Tbs jojoba oil 1 1/2 Tbs argan oil 2 tsp rose-hip seed oil        1/4 tsp Vitamin E  4 drops carrot seed essential oil  8 drops geranium essential oil  2 oz. dark dropper bottle Directions: Pour the jojoba oil into dropper bottle.  Then add the olive oil, rosehip seed oil and vitamin E.    Carefully add your drops of carrot and geranium oil.   Cap the bottle and give it a good shake.  You are all set to go. NOTE:  Facial oils are best applied to clean skin.  Cleanse your face as usual, spray on your favorite toner, and gently massage about a 1/4 to 1/2 dropper full of oil blend onto your face and neck.  Your skin will love this oil. Here is a thrifty, nifty idea for using Young Living's Thieves toothpaste... toxic-free, safe deodorant and cost effective!!  We are definitely going to try this idea. FABULOUS!! .

DIY Household Cleaner Recipes

These are some of our families favorite recipes... 1. Household Cleaner with Vinegar 1 cup water 1 cup vinegar  6-10 drops Melaleuca (TeaTree) Directions: Combine all ingredients in a glass spray bottle .  Spray onto surface and wipe with a clean cloth. Use to wash fruits/ veggies and toys. **If you don't have time to make your own cleaner I would highly recommend the  Thieves Fruit & Veggie Combo. 2. Disinfectant Household Cleaner 2 cup hydrogen peroxide 6-10 drops Thieves Directions: Combine all ingredients in a glass spray bottle .  Use on counter tops, bathroom, toilet, door knobs, light switches or anywhere that needs a good cleaning. **Again if you don't have time to make your own cleaner I would highly recommend the Thieves Household Cleaner . 3. Thieves DIY Recipes

Here are some fun recipes we made with our Thieves! Gel Hand Sanitizer 3 Tablespoons  Aloe Vera Gel 1/4 teaspoon  Vitamin E Oil 8-10 drops of Thieves Essential Oil* I purchased my travel-sized contains for my gel hand sanitizer in the travel-sized section at Walmart, but you can also find them here:  travel-size hand sanitizer containers . Spray Hand Sanitizer 1/4 teaspoon salt 15 drops of Thieves Essential Oil* Distilled Water 2 oz travel-sized essential oils spray bottle. I ran out to the Breadbecker's store  to purchase these, but you can also find them here: 2oz spray bottles . Add oil to salt to be absorbed, and then fill bottle with distilled water. Shake to mix. You are not your own." 1 Cor. 6:19 Our Personal Experiences with Essential Oils  When I first used essential oils, I tried several different brands that were available from my local health food stores, grocery stores, amazon etc.  It always seemed that after I tried a few drops for a recipe I would get a headache so I stopped using it and never finished the bottle. One year after cleaning out my bathroom cabinet I found three bottles of practically unused essential oils!   I actually got no benefit from them whatsoever. Literally.  I might as well have just flushed the money I spent on them!  I was later introduced to Melaleuca essential oil through another multi-level marketing company that used it as the primary ingredient in all their products. This seemed to have worked for a while until I learned their oil was adulterated so I ev...
